Contract Cleaning South East Permanent | £25k plus benefits A privately owned provider of cleaning services with an operation which covers the South of the Country requires an Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of contracts which vary in size and value and spread from Bedfordshire and up to Leicestershire. There are 25 sites in total and each Manager within the business is allocated no more than 30 sites at any given time. The business relationships are strong and longstanding, therefore this role requires someone with a flair for building/maintaining client relationships, a strong awareness of managing budgets, stable area management experience and the drive to deliver a commited and professional cleaning service. Good prospects as the company try to promote from within when possible.
